Gym Based Booty Program
This 8-week GYM-BASED program is designed to build and reshape your booty in the most efficient way. The program is set up for 4 training days per week, with each session lasting for approximately 1-1.5 hours, including warm-up and cool-down that need to be done before and after a workout respectively.
Each week the trainings are intended to progressively get harder as your strength increases and muscles get used to the load. Despite the program being focused on your glutes, you will also work on other muscle groups (back, chest, arms and abs) to build a well-balanced toned body.
Thus, the program is complete and gives you all necessary aspects of body-building.
The program also contains two stretching guides: a full hour-long one that can be used on a separate non-workout day, and a short 15-minute one that should be done after each workout.
Speaking of the training format, for each exercise you get a detailed video instruction that shows you the right way of performing a certain move. If you, however, don’t feel like watching a whole video, you can easily use a GIF instead as your exercise example.
To make following a workout plan even more comfortable, you get a pdf-format of each training to either quickly check it on your phone or print it out before going to the gym.
